Run the workflow audits that start every partnership, write the roadmap, and train client teams until AI is part of how they work.

Every partnership starts with understanding how a company really runs. You'll interview and shadow client teams, map their workflows and tools, measure where time and money go, and write the transformation roadmap. Then you'll train their people — so the agents and automation we build actually get used.
What you'll do
- Lead workflow and technology audits: interviews, shadowing, and tool inventories
- Map processes and customer journeys, and quantify where hours and clients are lost
- Write prioritized transformation roadmaps with expected return
- Design and deliver role-based AI training and adoption programs
- Write practical AI usage policies and playbooks for client teams
- Track adoption after rollout and run follow-up sessions
What you bring
- Experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or training
- You can map a messy process and explain it simply
- Confident facilitating workshops with people at every level
- Strong hands-on knowledge of today's AI tools, and a habit of keeping up
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Change management or L&D background
- Industry experience in finance, logistics, healthcare, or professional services
