They do not govern any AI and automation, audit, training, software, cloud, or other services Belsoft Solutions (“Belsoft”, “we”, “us”) delivers to clients. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed contract or statement of work, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, interfere with its normal operation, scrape or harvest content at scale, submit forms through automated means or with false information, upload files containing malware, or use the site to transmit harmful code.

4. Our services and what this site says about them

Pages on this site describe the kinds of work we do, such as AI and automation, process and security audits, AI training and coaching, and the design and build of software and cloud systems, and the way we approach it. They are provided for general information. Case studies, testimonials, and performance figures describe specific engagements at a specific time and are not a promise that you will get the same results. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for a project are only established once a separate written agreement is signed, and a call or an audit conversation does not oblige either side to work together.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, case studies, articles, and code samples, is the property of Belsoft Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent. Names, logos, and marks of clients and other third parties belong to their owners.

Our open-source tools, such as DeployReady, are not governed by this paragraph. They are made available under the licence published with each project, and that licence applies to the code in that project.

6. Submissions

Information you submit through our contact form, booking flow, or applications is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting it, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Please do not send us confidential information belonging to someone else, including a current or former employer, or secrets and credentials from any system.

7. Careers and internship applications

• →Applying for a role or placement does not create a contract, an employment or internship relationship, or a guarantee of an interview, an offer, or a reply within a set time.
• →The terms of any role or placement, including how you work with us (employee, contractor, commission-based, or intern), its duration, hours, and compensation, are set out in a written agreement before it starts. Compensation varies by role and individual placement: some placements are paid, others are unpaid academic placements or supported by external funding, and this is confirmed in writing before you accept.
• →Internships are subject to applicable local requirements and university policies. Belsoft confirms the relevant arrangements before the placement begins.
• →You confirm that what you tell us about your experience, studies, and availability is accurate, and that you can lawfully work, or take part in a placement, where you are based.
• →We may close, change, or pause open positions at any time.

8. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party sites (for example, a client's own site referenced in a case study) and uses third-party services such as live chat and video meetings. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement.

Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
