Why Belsoft

01

You learn from people who do the work

Our mentors are the engineers, security specialists, and consultants running real client projects. You're not parked in a side room with busywork.

02

Your work is real and visible

DeployReady is open source, so your contributions are public, used by other developers, and yours to show.

03

AI-native from day one

You'll learn the tools we use every day, and just as much the judgment about when to trust them.

04

A small team with real access

You'll sit in the reviews, the planning, and the client conversations that matter, not wait in a queue for them.

What you get

Every internship comes with the support of a real learning programme, built around your growth and not only our to-do list.

A named mentor

Someone from your track, with weekly 1:1s for feedback, career advice, and the questions you'd never ask in a group.

Weekly masterclasses

A lecture or workshop from our team each week: AI agents, secure coding, cloud, SEO, and how client projects really run.

Real projects

You ship work that's used: our open-source tools, our own systems, and, when the client agrees and your mentor is beside you, client work.

Reviews that teach

Everything you make is reviewed by someone senior, with the reasoning explained, so you learn why and not only what.

Certificate and portfolio

A Belsoft certificate of completion when you meet the completion criteria, and a portfolio of what you shipped. References are based on your actual work.

Certification prep

Protected study time and mentoring toward a recognised certification in cloud, security, or AI, chosen with your mentor.

Support that goes beyond work

A learning plan built with you on day one, regular check-ins on how you're doing, and flexibility around exams.

A path forward

CV and portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and honest advice on what's next. When there's a role and it's a good fit, a real route into the team.

How it runs

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Week 12

Your final review and closing demo, your certificate, a portfolio review, and a plan for what's next.

Longer placements, up to 24 weeks, add a second project to the Build phase.
