This is the core of what we deliver. After an audit, you'll design and build the AI agents and workflows that take repetitive work off a client's team: enriching and routing leads, processing invoices and contracts, keeping clients from drifting away. You'll ship to production with guardrails and monitoring, then help train the team who will use it.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI agents and automated workflows from audit findings
- Integrate LLMs with CRMs, email, accounting, Slack, and custom APIs
- Orchestrate with n8n or code — whichever fits the job
- Add guardrails: output validation, human approval steps, logging, and cost controls
- Monitor accuracy, cost, and reliability in production
- Document and hand over — and help train client teams to run what you built
What you bring
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
- Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, and data handling
- Clear communicator who can explain a system to a non-technical client
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP, tool calling, or multi-agent systems
- RAG, embeddings, and document processing (OCR, extraction)
- Background in sales ops, finance ops, or other business processes
