What needed to change
Newell Electromechanical was running 50+ concurrent engineering contracts with no centralized system. Project status lived in spreadsheets, contracts were managed via email chains, and employee data was scattered across local files. Leadership had no real-time visibility into operations, contract health, or resource allocation.
What We Built
The solution
We designed and built a full internal ERP covering project management dashboards with milestone tracking, a searchable employee database with role management, contract document storage and version control, and a client-facing project status portal. The entire system is hosted on dedicated cloud infrastructure fully owned and controlled by Newell. We provided hands-on IT support and full team training during rollout.
