Monthly payroll took two full days. Cross-team performance reviews were inconsistent and impossible to run at scale. Leadership had no single view of workforce health or retention risk.

The solution
We built a unified HR platform with a master employee database, attendance tracking with shift management, structured performance review workflows, payroll export automation that eliminated manual data reconciliation, team-level analytics dashboards, and an executive overview for leadership. Deployed on AWS with Docker for environment consistency and zero-downtime deployments.
