EuroWork Services was tracking their entire recruitment pipeline through Excel and email. Client companies had no visibility into hiring progress and had to call for status updates. CV management meant filing email attachments manually. The team spent significant time on status reports that could have been automated.
What We Built
The solution
We built a custom recruitment platform: a full candidate pipeline with stage tracking (sourced → screened → interviewed → placed), a client portal giving hiring companies real-time status visibility without calls, secure CV storage and retrieval, automated status notification emails triggered by pipeline stage changes, and a clean reporting dashboard. Full cloud hosting, employee onboarding, and ongoing IT support included.
